CLASS I OFFENSES

• Timothy Allan Tople, 61, of Pierre, trafficking with substitute plates, fined $196.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; driving while license suspended, fined $278.50 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, 43 days in jail suspended on conditions imposed by the court.
• Richard R. Escarsega, 23, of 701 13th St. W. No. 56, simple domestic violence, assault causing bodily injury with intent, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all prison sentences suspended on conditions imposed by the court.
• Ervin Lee Lovelace, 33, of Sioux Falls, threatened a law enforcement officer or family, was fined $396.50 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC jail; obstructed the police, jailer or firefighter, was fined $597.70 and sentenced to 60 days in jail at the BCDC, or 86 days in jail suspended according to the conditions imposed by the court.
• Teague Ver Velde, 18, of Sioux Center, Iowa, obstructing police, jailer or firefighter, fined $396.50, suspended.

CLASS II OFFENSES

• Lucas Albert Anderson, 43, of 1310 Forest St., failure to fulfill financial responsibilities, was fined $120 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC jail, all jail time suspended on conditions imposed by the court .
• Caleb G. Ryan, 27, of Sioux Fall, disorderly conduct, fined $198.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; failure to renew registration within month assigned, fined $132.50 and five days in BCDC custody, all jail time suspended on conditions imposed by court.
• Dublin Cael Duffy, 21, of Sioux Falls, possession of alcohol by a minor, fined $132.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC jail, with all jail time suspended under conditions imposed by the court.
• Joseph G. Rogers, 20, of 240 Hyde Hall, SDSU, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, was fined $278.50 and sentenced to five days in BCDC jail, all sentences of suspended prison sentence according to the conditions imposed by the court.
