A child has died after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in Butler County Friday evening. He has since been identified. The crash happened on Cole Road in Buffalo Township around 7 p.m. According to WTAE news partners at the Trib, police said two 13-year-old boys were walking home from a candy store when they were hit by a pickup truck. A boy has died after being airlifted to UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. The other was slightly injured. The boy who died was identified as Dylan Tarbi, of Sarver. The driver remained on scene and cooperated with police. Police were investigating whether a glare from the sun blocked the driver from seeing the boys, the Trib reported.
