Boscawen woman arrested for assault: Concord police log

Jamie L. Prentice, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 8:34 p.m. June 10 along with a charge of driving after revocation or suspension and a vehicle violation not registered. Jackie Marcell Roberts, 22, of Concord, was also arrested for criminal possession of a controlled drug charge and warrant. Charlize Roseberry, born in 2003, of Concord, was served with a summons on an arrest warrant. They were all charged following an incident or investigation on Old Turnpike Road. Roberts failed to appear for a March 18 arraignment on a felony deadly weapon charge in Concord dating to November 2023. He has a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 15.

Samuel Mark Toce, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on May 19, 2024 for domestic violence – simple assault, simple assault, false imprisonment, domestic violence – false imprisonment and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Elm Street in Penacook.

Kimberly Marie Bousquet, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on May 17 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex. She has been facing active felony theft charges since February that were transferred from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court on May 21. Bousquet will hold a decisional conference hearing on August 22.

Paul Joseph McGonagle, 53, of Concord, was issued a summons at 5:42 a.m. May 14 for a charge of criminal trespass after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Lawrence J. McClosky, 61, of Concord, was issued a summons at 9 a.m. April 26 for theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000 charge, arrested after incident or investigation at Target at 80 From Amante Drive.

Shane Kirouac, 37, of Concord, was issued a summons at 2:46 a.m. April 25 for driving with an expired license and an unregistered vehicle violation, arrested after an incident or investigation on the southbound on-ramp of Exit 13 of Interstate 93.

Sebastian D. Rainie, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. on April 24 for criminal trespass, following an incident or investigation at the Lun Hing Motel, 97 Fisherville Road. According to scanner data, police were dispatched to the motel for reports of a disturbance and a man who did not want to leave the premises.

Sonya Smith, born 1981, of Boscawen, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on April 23 for common assault and domestic violence – common assault following an incident or investigation on Pembroke Road.
