Body Found in Ouachita River Near Endom Bridge Identified as Adult Male Subject, Monroe Police Confirm

UPDATE (06/30/2024): According to Matt Schmitz of the Monroe Police Department, the body of a man found in the Ouachita River may have been identified. However, that identity cannot be released until DNA is confirmed. Hopefully, the DNA analysis will be completed this week.


UPDATE (06/27/2024): On June 27, 2024, authorities confirmed that the body found in the Ouachita River near the Endom Bridge on June 26, 2024 had been identified as that of an adult male. No further information has been communicated at this time.
