Body found floating in Two Rivers Harbor, identified as 40-year-old Two Rivers man

TWO RIVERS – The body found Sunday morning in Two Rivers Harbor has been identified as Joshua J. Donaher, 40, of Two Rivers.

The Two Rivers Police Department released the identity Monday, adding that police and the Manitowoc County Coroner's Office are investigating the cause and manner of Donaher's death.

Police said the public did not appear to be in danger and no further details were immediately released.

Fishermen found the body Sunday morning, floating in the area where the East Twin and West Twin rivers converge.
