According to court documents, Heron will spend 1 to 4 years in state prison and will be on probation for 5 years.

Heron was filmed walking away from his dirt bike and toward a car stopped on the road near City Hall on Oct. 1, 2023, during a non-automotive “date.” allowed before jumping onto the rear windshield and crushing it with his feet. .

The video shows an object resembling a handgun falling from the heron's pants as he jumps from the car. The driver, Nikki Bullock, gets out and confronts the suspect, who points his gun at her and shoves her.

Heron then got back on his bike and Bullock pushed him, knocking him and his bike over.

He left the scene as Bullock returned to his car and retrieved a small child before driving out of frame and leaving the vandalized car behind.

Authorities said Bullock's girlfriend and their two young children were in the car at the time.

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office said Heron tried to evade responsibility by destroying evidence, going so far as to use another person's online profile to distract investigators.

In a statement just days after the incident, defense attorney Justin Capek said the video of the confrontation showed “only part of a much longer incident.” Although Capek did not specify what the rest of the video shows, he said it portrays Heron in a “significantly different light.”
