Allegations against The Dream

The lawsuit filed by Mangroe paints a disturbing picture. She claims that The Dream subjected her to a terrifying ordeal. According to the lawsuit, it started with stalking behavior. After arriving in the United States on a visa from the Netherlands, Mangroe claims The Dream took complete control of his life. The allegations become more serious, involving physical abuse such as confinement in a dark space and coercion into sexual acts. Mangroe also describes instances of physical abuse, including choking and being forced to drink alcohol against her will. “In reality, Dream used Ms. Mangroe for his base desires, which manifested themselves in violent sexual acts and vicious psychological torture,” the suit states.

The lawsuit also alleges that The Dream disregarded consent during sexual intercourse and committed acts of rape in various locations, including in a van and a movie theater. “My silence became too painful and I realized I had to tell my story to heal. I hope this will also help others and prevent future horrible abuse. Mangroe said in a statement according to Variety.
