Ashland sheriff searches for man missing since 2005

POLK, Ohio (WJW) – Ashland County officials conducted a search of two separate properties as part of an ongoing investigation into a man missing since 2005.

According to a press release issued Tuesday by the Ashland County Sheriff's Office, the Sheriff's Office, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Ashland Police Department searched two police properties in Ohio after “confidential information” was given to them about missing person Benjamin Brubaker.


According to the release, Brubaker disappeared from the Polk area in late 2005.

According to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's website, Brubaker disappeared on Halloween when he was 30 years old. He would now be 49 years old.

According to the website, Brubaker has an Insane Clown Posse logo on his upper left arm and a tattoo of the Insane Clown Posse jester holding a bird in one hand and a magic wand in the other with the words “The Great Milenko” on his arm. right upper arm.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about Brubaker's disappearance to contact the Ashland County Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau at 419-289-8362.

This is an ongoing investigation.
