Arrest made in shooting of Alabama man found dead on motorcycle

An arrest has been made in the shooting of a man found dead on a motorcycle in Birmingham's North Titusville neighborhood last week. On Wednesday, Keena Deon Creer, 39, was taken into custody after investigators obtained an arrest warrant for capital murder the day before, according to the Birmingham Police Department. On Wednesday, Keena Deon Creer, 39, was taken into custody after investigators obtained an arrest warrant for capital murder the day before, according to the Birmingham Police Department.

Creer is charged in the death of Obray Carter, 39, who was shot at the intersection of First Avenue South and Center Street North last Wednesday.
