An adult was stabbed near downtown Towson Wednesday evening.

Around 8:20 p.m., officers responded to a fight in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road and heard witnesses say the juvenile suspects had fled after assaulting the victim, who suffered a cut that did not cause injury. not his life in danger, Baltimore County police said.

The victim was taken to the hospital by a witness for treatment of his injuries and told officers the confrontation began inside the mall when the suspects attempted to rob him and then followed him to the parking lot and attacked him.
