Amber Portwood's New Boyfriend Gary Makes His Teen Mom Debut

Amber Portwood is ready to introduce her boyfriend Gary to the reality TV world.

During the episode of Thursday June 6 Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, Amber, 34, participated in a Zoom group with her teammates. Meeting up with his friends, including Cheyenne Floyd, Maci Reservation And Catelynn Baltierrathe old 16 and pregnant The star got a surprise when she brought a plus one.

“He's my boyfriend,” Amber said as Gary officially made his debut on the MTV show. “We are now officially a couple.”

Her boyfriend added: “Hello everyone. Actually, my name is Gary, believe it or not.

Many cast members couldn't help but laugh considering one of Amber's former boyfriends has the same name. In November 2008, Amber welcomed daughter Leah with her ex Gary Shirley. Since then, cameras have documented the couple's ups and downs as they navigate co-parenting.

“Maybe this is the Gary you need” Jade Cline » joked during the Zoom. Amber replied: “It looks like it is.”

Later in the episode, Amber reunited with her ex to celebrate Leah's 15th birthday. While enjoying a family dinner in an Italian restaurant, the Never too late the author revealed that she was in a new relationship.

Even though Leah said she didn't want to see a photo, she was curious to know if her mother wanted another child. (Amber also shares son James, 5, with her ex Andrew Glennon). When Amber confirmed she was open to expanding her family, Leah simply said, “As long as he makes you happy.”

In January, Us every week exclusively revealed that Amber found love with a new man through a dating app. Although their private relationship remained off social media, a source said the romance was getting serious.

“All the guys Amber dated before meeting on social media and were fans of the show,” the source told We. “This new man in her life has actually never seen Teen mom so she feels like she can finally date like she always wanted.

Even though Amber's latest boyfriend doesn't have kids, the source added that he is “very family oriented” and takes care of his parents. He also lives locally in the reality star's hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
