The DOJ said the Presidential Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) and the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) filed a complaint following the investigation against Zun Yuan Technology, a POGO in Bamban, Tarlac. which was searched on March 13.

The department said charges have been filed against the foreign nationals arrested in the raid and are now pending before Branch 66 of the Tarlac Regional Trial Court (RTC).

Upon further investigation into the facility, the department said “compelling evidence has surfaced linking Mayor Alice Leal Guo, who is now Mayor of Bamban, Tarlac, to Dennis L. Cunanan, a Chinese national named Huang Zhiyang , and executives of companies operating under a complex or hub located in Bamban, Tarlac allegedly owned by Mayor Guo herself.
