THEY ALSO SAY THAT SOME POSITIONS SHOULD RECEIVE PAY FOR HAZARDOUS SERVICES, BECAUSE MANY OF THESE JOBS REQUIRE HEAVY LIFTING AND HANDLING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. CITY WORKERS ALSO SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE A GRIEVANCE POLICY IF THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WHILE WORKING. CITY WORKERS OVERALL STATE They want to be respected and work with city leaders on these issues.
