Update* Cole Moore, 16, of Shreveport, died when the northbound Camaro he was driving on Louisiana Highway 1 just before 3:50 p.m. struck an 18-wheeler turning east into the harbor on Ron Bean Boulevard. Mr Moore died at the scene.

SHREVEPORT, La. – The Caddo Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Louisiana Highway 1 at Caddo-Bossier Harbor.

An 18-wheeler turning east on Ron Bean Boulevard was struck by a Camaro traveling north on Highway 1.

The driver of the Camaro died at the scene. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
