A 37-year-old man has been named as the victim of a shooting Wednesday evening in Birmingham.

The Jefferson County Coroner has identified a gunshot victim. Valdez Deundra Stephenson, 37, was killed after being found shot to death in the 3200 block of North 13th Street in Birmingham. The shooting happened Wednesday evening after 10 p.m. Birmingham Police are working to gather more details about the incident.
