67-year-old identified as Fresno arsonist

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A man who was accused of being an arsonist by Fresno firefighters and starting fires around the city of Fresno has been identified.

Fresno firefighters are searching for the location of 67-year-old Curtis Carlton Evans, who Fresno Fire has accused of being an arsonist.

Evans currently has an active warrant for his arrest.

Fire officials say Evans is known to drive a 2003 Lexus ES Oasis Green Pearl.

California license plate number 5BSJ454.
