5 Shocking Allegations Against Elon Musk in New Report

Elon Musk asked one of his employees to carry his children.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is in the eye of the storm, following the publication of an explosive report in a major American daily, accusing the billionaire businessman of serious misconduct, including sexual harassment. The report, published by the Wall Street Journal, based on in-depth interviews and documentary analysis, paints a troubling picture of boundary-blurring behavior on the part of Mr. Musk.

Here are 5 shocking revelations from the report on Elon Musk:

Sexual relations with subordinates

The report details several instances in which the SpaceX founder formed intimate relationships with female employees, including a former intern and a fellow engineer. One woman claimed that Mr. Musk pursued her romantically, inviting her to his mansion and frequently texting her late at night, which she said made his job difficult.

Sexual harassment allegations

A SpaceX flight attendant claimed Mr. Musk exposed himself to her and made inappropriate advances toward her, offering her gifts in exchange for sexual favors, according to the report. However, Mr Musk denied the allegations, saying they were “completely false”.

Elon Musk asked one of his employees to carry his children

Another former SpaceX employee claimed that Mr. Musk repeatedly asked her to have his babies, which she refused each time. He does, however, have twins with Shivon Zilis, an executive at Mr. Musk's company Neuralink. Ms. Zilis mentioned that he encouraged her to have children and then offered to become a sperm donor, the WSJ reported.

Drug use

The report also addresses concerns raised by former executives and employees about Mr. Musk's drug use, including LSD, cocaine and ecstasy. Despite these allegations, Mr. Musk's lawyer clarified that he regularly submits to random drug tests and has never failed one.

Lack of accountability

Former executives and employees say Musk's leadership style created an environment in which complaints were not handled effectively. Despite assurances from SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell that all complaints are thoroughly investigated, the report suggests there is a consistent failure to enforce the company's policies.

Elon Musk has not directly responded to these allegations.

The latest controversy comes after The New York Times revealed Mr Musk's alleged affair with Nicole Shanahan, the former wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin. The affair allegedly caused Ms. Shanahan's separation from Mr. Brin, leading to their divorce.
