30-year-old man missing from Staten Island

The NYPD is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 30-year-old man from Graniteville. (NYPD)

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — New York police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 30-year-old man from Graniteville.

Andrew Waide was last seen around 12:15 a.m. Saturday near Richmond Hill Road in Richmond, according to a statement from the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Police described the missing man as about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

A photo of the man was provided to the media by the NYPD.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA ( 74782). The public can also submit their information by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at the following address or at X @NYPDTips.
