The women, identified as Veronica Constantin, Alexandra Lonescu and Jennifer Antonesco, were all charged with felony theft.

Earlier this month, security cameras captured a group of women stealing bats from a D-BAT site in Huntersville by hiding the bats under a skirt and walking out. During this theft, bats worth over $8,000 were stolen.

D-BAT stores in Indian Trail and Concord also reported recent thefts.

Footage and photos from the women's arrests showed the Asheville suspects also wearing skirts. Authorities have not confirmed whether any of the cases are related.
