3 teens arrested in connection with downtown Towson stabbing – Baltimore Sun

Baltimore County police arrested and charged three teenagers in connection with the stabbing of a man in a downtown Towson parking lot, the department announced Tuesday.

On May 29 at 8:20 p.m., officers responded to a fight at the mall and heard witnesses say several juveniles had assaulted a man, according to a police news release. The victim told police the incident began inside the mall when the teens attempted to take his belongings.

They then allegedly followed the victim outside to the parking lot to assault him, according to police. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening laceration and a witness took him to a local hospital.

Two 17-year-old men and a 15-year-old woman were arrested. One of the teens is being charged as an adult and being held without bail, while the others have been released to their parents.

Baltimore County police are still searching for additional suspects.

Randallstown NAACP President Ryan Coleman weighed in with a statement saying the teens should not have been released. “Residents continue to be frustrated by minors obtaining a license to steal and victimize Baltimore County residents,” he said.
