3 people stabbed outside shopping center on NW side of 71st Street, Woodland Drive – Indianapolis News | Indiana Weather | Indianapolis Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Three people were stabbed outside a northwest Indianapolis shopping center early Monday morning, police said.

Two of the three people are said to be in serious condition.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said officers were dispatched to the 7100 block of Woodland Avenue, off 71st Street, just east of Interstate 465, around 3:40 a.m. Monday , following a report of a person stabbed.

It's outside Miami's Garden Restaurant and Lounge on the northwest side of Indy.

Police said when officers arrived they found all three people suffering from stab wounds. The victims were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Officers also arrested two persons of interest, but made no arrests. Investigators have not said what led to the attack.
