24-year-old woman killed after police chase identified

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Marshall County Coroner's Office has identified a 24-year-old woman who was killed following a police chase.

Officials say the Marshall County Coroner's Office was notified by the Huntsville Hospital Trauma Center that Macey Justice, 24, of Boaz, was pronounced dead after being airlifted for treatment following a car crash during a police chase with the Albertville Police Department.

The investigation has been turned over to the Alabama State Police Agency. The Marshall County Coroner's Office is also assisting in the investigation.
