24-year-old Stark County woman missing, deputies say boyfriend is suspect

STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A 26-year-old Plain Township man is wanted in connection with his missing girlfriend.

Stark County sheriff's deputies said they were called to a home in the 4100 block of Orchard Dale Drive NW around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in reference to 24-year-old Raychel Sheridan.

Deputies said after searching the home and surrounding area, Sheridan was entered into the national database as a missing person.

Once at the home, deputies said they saw a maroon Jeep Liberty, believed to be registered to Sheridan, driving on Guilford Ave NW.

The driver, identified as Goe, fled on foot after being arrested, deputies said.

Police officers and a K-9 unit pursued Goe but were unable to locate him.

According to deputies, Goe was last seen in the area of ​​38th Street NW and Guilford Ave NW.

Deputies said Goe had active arrest warrants for burglary, grand theft of a firearm and domestic violence.

According to court documents, Goe allegedly stole a handgun from a North Canton residence in April and May, physically threatened Sheridan and slashed her tires.

Deputies are asking anyone with information regarding this case or the whereabouts of Sheridan or Goe to contact the Stark County Sheriff's Office at 330-430-3800.
