Officers transported Parks to the Allen County Jail and took the unnamed teen to the Allen County Juvenile Center.

These two men join Christopher Recht, 20, and Terrance Sanders Jr., 19, who each face the same charges, as suspects in the shooting death of Ayvion Parker, 18, at the Villa Capri Apartments on September 12. , 2023.

The shooting also left Parker's brother with a gunshot wound to his left thigh, according to Allen Superior Court documents.

At the scene, investigators allegedly found 30 shell casings of various calibers and a pistol with a switch to turn the weapon into a fully automatic firearm, according to court documents.

Police believe the shooting stemmed from a feud between two gangs in Fort Wayne: BSG – also known as Shred – and BMG.
