2 people seriously injured in stabbing attack in southeast Charlotte apartments

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – Two people were injured in a stabbing at a southeast Charlotte apartment complex early Wednesday morning.

The assault happened around 1:30 a.m. at the Doral Apartments on Violet Drive, just off Monroe Road, behind Bojangles Coliseum.

The doctor confirmed that two people were injured and both were taken to hospital.

It's unclear what led to the incident or if anyone was arrested.
