2 new fugitives added to Laramie County 'most wanted' list

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office has added five new fugitives to its “most wanted” list.

Richard Segura and Nicholas Terry are now among 10 fugitives wanted by the department.

Segura is wanted on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Terry is wanted on a warrant for failure to comply with an initial charge of possession with intent to deliver a schedule I or II narcotic.

Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the roster on January 19, 2024.

Tipsters will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
