2 men kidnapped, sexually assaulted and held 'women' in shipping container in Monroe Co. – NBC10 Philadelphia

Pennsylvania State Police rescued four victims described only as “females.” who were kidnapped, kept in a shipping container while some were sexually abused, Tuesday from properties in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, officials said.

According to law enforcement, state agents apprehended two men – Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, of Middletown and Davaun Carlon Jackson, 29, of East Stroudsburg – after learning that the two men allegedly kidnapped four female victims.

Police say the two men were apprehended after being found at a Walmart supercenter in Mount Pocono, Monroe County, around 10:44 a.m. Tuesday.

Law enforcement officials said officers were alerted after learning Rogers-Keeney and Jackson were in a Ford SUV with two victims on PA 33.

Police officials said the two men were apprehended when officers located this vehicle in the parking lot of a Walmart in Mount Pocono, where they encountered Rogers-Kenney and a victim. Officers also observed Jackson leaving the Walmart store with a second victim, police said.

Investigators said they believe the men transported four female victims to a property owned by Jackson in Smithfield Township on Monday.

At that location, police said, the men took the four female victims to a shipping container where three of them were tied with rope and restrained.

Officials said Jackson then threatened to kill all of the female victims despite having “multiple weapons.”

After that threat, police said, Jackson sexually assaulted two of the female victims.

Police have not yet provided further information on this case, nor have they detailed how the victims were involved in this incident or where the other two victims were when the men were arrested.

However, the Monroe County prosecutor said the victims were between the ages of 17 and 21.

Jackson and Rogers-Keeney were both charged with kidnapping, including kidnapping of a minor, as well as sexual assault, strangulation, false imprisonment and related offenses.

NBC10 has reached out to law enforcement officials from the Pennsylvania State Police and Monroe County for further information.

Pennsylvania State Police are asking anyone who may have information about this incident to contact Trooper Brittany Cutro at the Pennsylvania State Police Stroudsburg Station at 570-619-6800 or bcutro@ pa.gov.
