16-year-old girl missing in Garden City

GARDEN CITY, Utah — A Utah endangered missing person advisory was activated Sunday evening by the Department of Public Safety for a missing Garden City teenager.

According to the notice, Stormy Wilkinson, 16, was last seen Sunday afternoon around 4:20 p.m. She texted her parents saying she wouldn't be home, and her phone was found several meters from his workplace.

Stormy is described as being approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall. She has black hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top with dark blue jeans and a black backpack.

The notice stated that Stormy had left with an unknown man, whom she had spoken to online.

The male is believed to be in his early 20s and from North Dakota. He has short brown hair with a scratch on the left side of his face. He was last seen wearing a gray and white western shirt and a dark-colored hat that read “Nomad.”

The notice also stated that the vehicle in question was a red or brown car and had a white front bumper.
