11-year-old girl missing for almost 3 weeks last seen in Bronzeville

CHICAGO — Police are asking for help searching for an 11-year-old girl who officers say has been missing for nearly three weeks.

According to Chicago police, Ariane Tillman, 11, was last seen Friday, May 24, in the 4500 block of South Drexel in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the city's South Side. The girl has not been seen since.

Officers say Tillman, who has brown eyes and black hair, is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 70 pounds.

Police have not provided any information on what the missing girl was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Officers informed the public of the girl's disappearance in a press release issued Monday afternoon.
