The second victim, a 67-year-old man, was shot in the left arm. He was taken to hospital and is in stable condition, police said.

Police said the 18-year-old was on the corner when a dark-colored sedan pulled up and at least two shooters got out of the car and shot the victim.

“He appears to have been targeted and he was shot at point blank range,” Philadelphia Police Detective DF Pace said.

The bullet that struck the older victim appeared to have bounced off a wall before hitting him, police said.

“This man who we do not believe was in no way targeted. He just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Pace said.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Police said there were a number of cameras in the area and they were working to obtain video while the incident was investigated.

This is a developing story, check back for updates.
