5/24: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

Tamika Monique Turpin, 38, 4305 rue Cristina App. 2 — simple burglary; theft of a firearm. Bail: $42,500.

Robert Legardy Kearse, 37, Houston — illegal possession of stolen property from $5,000 to less than $25,000. Bail: $15,000.

Myles Simon, 19, 3619 Texas St. — resisting an officer; attempted theft of $1,000 but less than $5,000; offenses against computer equipment or supplies under $500; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 to less than $50,000; illegal carrying of weapons – possession, keeping or use of any tools usually used by thieves or burglars. Bail: $42,500.

Hayward James Henderson Sr., 71, 619 N. Adams St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bail: $85,000.

Chad Allen Schultze, 41, Seguin, Texas — illegal possession of stolen firearm, first offense. Bail: $25,000.

Janine Fawn Gerhart44, 2416 Gulfway Boulevard, Westlake — domestic violence, child endangerment.

Marvin Donald Pelt III, 34, Crawfordville, Florida — prohibited acts, Schedule II – child endangerment; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bail: $27,500.

Shannon Faye Snyder, 45, Tallahassee, Florida — certain contraband activities in correctional facilities; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; prohibited acts, annex II-endangering children. Bail: $37,500.

Bonnie Ledoux Hayes, 33, 744 Soileau Road, Sulfur — two counts of direct contempt of court; two counts of prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts of drug possession. Bail: $21,500.

Jesse Lee Reynolds, 37, 2401 Kathy Drive, Sulfur – child endangerment law – operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first or second offense; two counts of drug possession; driving a vehicle while your license is suspended; reckless operation; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under the age of 17; illegally supply any product with the aim of falsifying a drug test.
