Police: 1 stabbed, 1 'hit with object' near Commerce City fast food restaurant

DENVER (KDVR) — Two people were taken to the hospital after an incident in the parking lot of a Commerce City fast food restaurant Saturday.

The Commerce City Police Department said in a statement post on X Investigators responded to the scene of the incident in the 5100 block of E. 60th Avenue. Police initially said the incident happened inside the restaurant, but provided an update that it happened in the parking lot.

One person was stabbed and another “struck with an object” and both were taken to hospital, police said. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
