According to video footage discovered by police, Anderson was seen buying gasoline at a South Carolina gas station earlier this week.

This would mark his last appearance before his disappearance.

“My understanding is that her phone rang at the same gas station where she lost her debit card and could be seen pumping gas,” Hinesville Police Chief Tracey Howard said, according to Firehouse.com.

“From what I could see, I couldn't tell he was in the vehicle.”

Also missing from Liberty County, Georgia, is fellow firefighter and former partner of Anderson's, Chandler Kuhbander, 24.

“It’s terrifying,” Jane Kuhbander, Chandler’s mother, told WJCL 22. “You have no answers.”

'I AM TERRIFIED'

In an interview with Court TV, Kuhbander's mother said she thought Anderson was in a “bad state of mind.”

She added that she did not believe her son left with Anderson of his own free will.

“I’m terrified,” the mother told the outlet. “I’m trying not to overdramatize the situation, but it’s hard when so many things are going wrong.”

Kuhbander's mother also told the outlet that her son and Anderson had a seven-year relationship, which ended in 2023 after dating since high school.

They also lived and worked together at Liberty County Fire Services in Hinesville.

After the breakup, Jane said, Kuhbander moved back in with his parents and met Anderson regularly at his workplace.

“She’s a danger to herself,” Jane said of Anderson.

“Raegan is a great person. She's a great firefighter. We just want her to go home and get help.”

EX DRAMA

Anderson was arrested Saturday on allegations of property damage for allegedly breaking a window and burglarizing Kuhbander's car, according to a police report via Court TV.

QUICK CASE DETAILS

A desperate search is underway for two missing Georgia firefighters, Raegan Anderson and Chandler Kuhbander.

Both serve with the Liberty County Fire Department near Savannah. Authorities believe they were traveling together in Anderson's black 2017 Ford Focus, which has Georgia plates GEX655.

The two were last seen Tuesday morning in Midway, Ga., and family members last spoke to Kuhbander at 11:20 a.m. that day.

His vehicle was found in Savannah, but no firefighters have been located.

Their cell phones were turned off around 7:30 p.m.

Police suspect they may be headed to the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, area and are urging anyone with information to contact the Hinesville Police Department.

According to the police report, Anderson confronted Kuhbander at an Olive Garden in Pooler, Georgia, where he was on a date with someone else.

Kuhbander's date left after Anderson invited her to do so and their argument then continued in the restaurant parking lot, according to the report.

“Anderson said she didn't know why she damaged Kuhbander's car, except that she was very hurt by his departure. She stated that they had been together for a long time and that she had been injured,” the police report states, according to Court TV.

Hinesville police issued lookout alerts for Anderson, Kuhbander and Anderson's vehicle, a black 2017 Ford Focus, which the two may be using for travel.

REVOLUTIONARY COMPANION

Jane said she believes her son got into Anderson's car “under duress” at a Savannah, Ga., mall Tuesday morning.

She also shared that surveillance footage shows a car resembling Anderson's circling the mall parking lot where Chandler was working out at a Crunch gym.

The video also shows Chandler entering the mall, then quickly exiting just as Anderson's car arrived.

Jane became concerned when Chandler didn't come home Tuesday night for his sister's birthday party and missed work the next morning.

She confirmed that no one in the family had heard from her since that morning, and that the last activity on her and Anderson's phones was traced to the Crosby, Tennessee, area, the outlet reported.

“He wouldn’t have wanted to leave,” Jane said, according to Court TV. “We believe when she stopped it was a matter of duress, and he went with her to stop her from harming herself. She is not of sound mind.”

Hinesville police are urging the public to be on the lookout for Anderson's Ford Focus, identifiable by its Georgia license plates featuring a firefighter logo and the plate number GEX655.
