Four accused of stabbing man, punching another in Times Square

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Four suspects are accused of stabbing one man and punching another during a robbery in Times Square Friday morning, police said.

The suspects attacked a 23-year-old man and stole a 16-year-old girl's aerodynamic pods near 43rd Street and Seventh Avenue around 11:45 p.m. Thursday, police said.


The victims and a 24-year-old man then clashed with the suspects again near 1551 Broadway around 12:15 a.m. Friday, police said. The 24-year-old man was stabbed under the right arm and the 23-year-old man was punched in the face, according to the New York Police Department.

The men were taken to hospital for treatment. The teenager was not injured.

One of the suspects was armed with a knuckle-duster and a Taser gun, sources said. The suspects were arrested at the scene but charges were pending Friday morning, police said.
