Five convicted sex offenders wanted for alleged failure to register

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Shreveport Police Department says it is looking for five people convicted of failing to register as sex offenders and is asking for the public's help.

The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) states: 'Sex offender registration is crucial because it provides information about sex offenders in our communities and helps law enforcement monitor their location and behavior.'


Police say: “All of these individuals are required by law to register and maintain registration as sex offenders. »

The SPD lists the individuals as follows:

  • Robert Greer, 42, was convicted of forcible rape. Greer is wanted for his third offense of failing to register as a sex offender.
  • Lynyrd Clark, 41, was convicted of voyeurism. Clark is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
  • James Price, 53, was convicted of sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a minor. Price is wanted on one count of failure to register as a sex offender.
  • Joesph Little, 45, was convicted of aggravated rape. He fell just short of his second count of failing to register as a sex offender.
  • Kenya Watson, 47, was convicted of indecent behavior toward a minor and had four previous convictions for failing to register as a sex offender.
