3 Suburban Men Arrested in 2-Day Human Trafficking Operation

YORKVILLE, Ill. — An anti-human trafficking operation in Kendall County resulted in the arrests of three suburban men in two days.

Illinois State Police announced Friday that the three men face criminal charges following an operation aimed at “identifying individuals seeking to engage in commercial acts.”

The three men charged include Nathanael Beckley, 34, of Bolingbrook, who is accused of traveling to meet a child; Salvo Campagna, 39, of Plano, who is charged with indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child, and solicitation to meet a child; Marcus Ramirez, 26, of Sandwich, who faces charges of indecent solicitation of a child, traveling to meet a child and solicitation to meet a child.

The anti-human trafficking operation took place in the Yorkville area of ​​Kendall County on June 26-27.

Human trafficking is the use of force, fraud, or coercion to compel a person to perform sexual acts, labor, or commercial services against their will.
