18 people indicted by county grand jury – The Tribune

Lawrence County grand jury indictments from June have been released and two men are now charged in sexual incidents.
Austin Belliles, 28, of Ironton, was indicted for third-degree unlawful sexual contact with a minor. The indictment says the victim, identified only by her initials, was 15 years old when the contact took place on March 2.
Samual T. Conley, 35, of Ironton, was charged with four counts of first-degree rape and four counts of third-degree sexual assault.
The incidents occurred between March and June 2024 and the victim, identified only by his initials, was coerced by threat or force.
James A. Marcum Jr., 54, of South Point, was charged with first-degree felony domestic violence, third-degree strangulation and first-degree felony endangerment of a child against a family member, as well as second-degree felony obstruction of official business.
Other returned indictments include:
• Johnny Dale Lewis, 41, Chesapeake, first-degree felonious assault, third-degree failure to obey the order or signal of a police officer and first-degree misdemeanor harassment of a police dog or horse .
• Ronald E. Robinson, 31, Columbus, third-degree failure to comply with a police officer's order or signal.
• Steven Michael Adkins, 25, Russell, Ky., fifth-degree felony vandalism.
• Kaitlyn Leeann Moore, 33, Chesapeake, fourth-degree criminal trespass of a habitation and first-degree misdemeanor assault.
• Donald L. Denny II, second-degree felonious assault and first-degree felonious assault.
• James O. Stapleton, 44, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound and first-degree child endangerment.
• Destiny J. Winters, 41, second-degree felony aggravated possession of a drug, second-degree felony drug trafficking and fifth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
• Ronald P. Gumbert, 49, South Point, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
• Sasha Lena Adkins, 31, Chesapeake, third-degree drug trafficking, fourth-degree possession of a fentanyl-related compound and fourth-degree felony trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound.
• Andrew L. Kennedy, 30, second-degree burglary and first-degree assault.
• Katherine B. Brown, 51, third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fifth-degree felony vandalism.
• Thomas J. Holsinger, 26, third-degree felony drug trafficking and two counts of fourth-degree possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
• Mark Blasko, 44, Ironton, two counts of fourth-degree felony aggravated drug trafficking.
• Aaron S. Cooper, 43, Ironton, third-degree felony, possession of weapons under disability.
• Sarah Cole, 29, Ironton, third-degree aggravated felony drug trafficking.
• Jerry Ray Blevins, 29, no address, fourth-degree aggravated drug trafficking and second-degree aggravated drug trafficking.
• Wesley A. Earls, 36, Chesapeake, fifth-degree aggravated felony drug trafficking.
